| - Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety and risks to people and property.
- Must have good listening, reading, and writing skills and ability to complete reports and maintain accurate
records.
- Must exercise good judgment in assessing resident and/or visitor behavior and handling resident disciplinary
problems.
- Possesses knowledge of aboriginal or Siksika culture, Blackfoot language and history.
- Possesses conflict resolution skills with the ability to work in crisis situations and de-escalate problems quickly.
- Clean criminal and CYIM record check
- Possess valid First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate. |
