| A Mystery Shopper will measure quality of service, or compliance with regulation, or to gather specific information about products and services. The mystery consumer's specific identity and purpose is generally not known by the establishment being evaluated. Mystery shoppers perform specific tasks such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complains or behaving in a certain way, and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.
1. Reports to job location in a timely manner.
2. Conducts shops within the specified guidelines of Provincial and Federal Laws, as well as Sting Investigations Inc, and client standards.
3. Completes all reports within the specified timeline (24 hours) in a neat readable, comprehensive manner. All reports will be completed according to Sting Investigations Inc. guidelines and training.
4. Upholds the standards of conduct specified by Sting Investigations Inc at all times on and off the job.
5. Accepts investigation assignments, training and seminars not within the usual parameters of the day-to-day job as they arise.
6. Flexible work hours are a requirement.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
